Holds plates and shallow bowls very well. The twisted wire looks more expensive, and the gold color is great for not calling attention to itself but showcasing the item. Very sturdy, and no shakiness. I'm going to order the larger ones for some of my larger plates and platters.

I was worried these would be cheap or gaudy or tacky.... but they're very attractive and almost have a bit of an anthro-vibe. Sturdier than I expected
I was wanting something to display some embroidered pieces (pinkeeps) and these are more than up to the job - possibly over engineered actually as they are very sturdy. I currently have one displaying an 8 x 8 inch piece in a wooden frame which did not have its own prop with no problems. These won't be the cheapest plate stands you buy, but they are good value for money as they will do the job and hopefully be durable.

I’m using these plate stands to show off my late grandad’s really old fox hunting plates. Some of the plates are quite large or full sized and I have no concerns about the ability of the stands to hold the plates sturdy. I like the design and colour of them and they are a great addition to the plates as the stands are the same colour as the gold banding. I would highly recommend them.

These stands are very elegant. They are fully metal, made in a twisted pattern in gold. They have a wide bed to accommodate plates, but I also like them for displaying other things such as books. They look really smart, and they're also properly solid and not cheap-feeling, I think they are really classy.

I already had some of these which were a plain whereas these are a bit more ornamental. They are sturdy and I have found that this style is the best for keeping plates upright in display cabinets. I was very pleased with these which I felt were good value.

These are excellent quality display holders for played or any number of other uses. They are very sturdy. So great for display at home or at work. Also could be used for other purposes. The gold colour is nice, without being too garish and the test is elegant. A cut above the rest in my experience, so recommended from me.

Very attractive, good quality gold twist finish, nice and stable. I think these are very good value for the quantity and quality you get. We had an anniversary plate that came with a stand the stand was enormous much bigger than the plate and took up a lot of room I have replaced that stand with one of these. I think these are a simple, stable compact display solution & very versatile because they are so compact and and therefore can be used in many different scenarios.

EDIT: 20th JANUARY 2020 ~ Lately, I have found that these are very handy for displaying smaller books, too (images below refer). Exactly as currently pictured in the stock images above, this is a set of 6 x good quality plate stands in a twisted metal-type, which are just perfect for my indoor exhibitions. The 7.5 cm wide bar at the front needs to be taken into account for certain plate designs I have, but these are sturdy stands and a pretty overall enhancement, IMO. ‘Made in Taiwan’
